Maija Photography was started out of a passion for creating keepsakes that last a lifetime. The most precious gifts in life are the people we share it with. Maija Photography was founded to capture the essence of these people for you to remember.

Maija's favorite saying is, "I love people in their element", their eyes smile and their body language says, "Life is good and this is how it was meant to be lived". Because of this, Maija brings her studio to your home or to a place of special significance to you. Often times an outside location such as a lake, river or park are people's preference, there they are most comfortable and feel free to be themselves.

Maija strives to capture the "real": real happiness or real emotion. More than anything she wants you to have fun while getting your pictures taken; giving you your moment in the spotlight, letting you feel like a model. Life should be remembered and celebrated and one of the best ways is through pictures that last a lifetime and tell your story.
